UPPERCUT MARTIAL ART STUDIO

Founder and Head Instructor of Uppercut Martial Art Studio, Coach Chan's methods of teaching is to ensure students know basic know how before they start to enjoy their workout.

2 weeks of self explorations before the coach starts to guide you on techniques

​

7-8 months consistent training, the coach will start sparring with you. Pinpointing each students their strength and weaknesses

​

Coach Chan has been teaching full time since 2010 and currently a holder of ITF TaeKwon-Do 4th Dan Black Belt (original ITF syllabus) and ISKA Kickboxing & Muay Thai Instructor Level 4 (highest level).

​

He has won multiple national competitions in his youth (1988 to 1994) and a two times gold medalist in the World (ITF and CHITF) Taekwondo 

Championships in 2013 and 2019 in Melbourne, Australia (IMGC 2013 and CHITF World Championship 2019).
